No. The event is all combined. Think of it as a big dinner party. Food and a live band (A-list Nashville musicians!) will be going the enitre time. There will be a short intermission at some point for a quick ceremony. Afterwards, its back to the party!

We ask that everyone RSVP no later than 9/31/24. This helps us plan for tables, food, etc. It also helps those of you who travel. The longer you wait to book flights, hotels, etc, the more prices will inrease.

We encourage all of our guests to dress appropriately. Dressy festive and fun is the vibe! Think of it like going to a nice NYE party. Collared shirts and nice pants for the guys. Cowboy hats and nice western wear are also totally acceptable! It is Nashville :) Please no baseball caps, shorts, t shirts, etc.

Because the event is basically in a bar, its really not an ideal environment for children.

Beer, wine, and seltzers are on us! For those who prefer the harder stuff, the venue has plenty of liquor drinks for purchase. They are very reasonably priced as well.

As long as you'd like! We encourage those who are able to make a fun trip out of this. Some that we have talked to are staying Thursday to Monday. We might even have a Sunday funday with guests who are in town and aren't too worn out from the Saturday night hijinks!

Yes! You can enter your name and retrieve your RSVP at any time. Firm responses before 9/31/24 are very much needed though. ALSO, after submitting your RSVP you can check out the guest list and see who all else will be attending!
